Finish Options
CENTRIA Formawall Dimension Series expands your
Design flexibility with these attractive finish options.
Duracast Finish
A highly durable shop-applied acrylic and natural
Aggregate matrix that closely mimics the texture and
color of precast or stone, including the subtle shading
variations from panel to panel that characterize these
facades
Patterned Stainless Steel Finish
Highly impact and damage resistant textured
and embossed stainless steel finishes , highlighting
surrounding building materials or as
a primary wall finish
The Superior Joinery of Dimension Series
CENTRIA's unique joint design for horizontal
metal panels utilizes 'Rainscreen" and
"Pressure Equalization"
principles to virtually eliminate water penetration,
reduce exterior maintenance cost by up to half, and
eliminate the exposed sealant and
Associated problems for most other types of joinery.
The pressure equalization chamber, capillary break,
internal baffle, and sloped drain shelf at each horizontal
joint provide
Optimum long-term weather integrity.

| Versapanel® Factory Foamed
Wall Panel
The CENTRIA Versapanel Factory Foamed
Panel System provides a strong, energy-efficient
wall system clearly defined by bold ribs that
add an attractive linear definition to large structures.
Economically priced, the Versapanel System is
available in thicknesses to meet a range of thermal
conditions with "R" values as high as
32.
Pre-assembled, each Versapanel module
is a single wall or roof unit incorporating the
interior surface, vapor barrier, thermal insulation,
and long-life exterior metal substrate. It is
the ideal choice for high humidity conditions,
highly insulated structures, and buildings requiring
long spans.
FEATURES
- Insulated with urethane modified isocyanurate
foam core in variable depths
- Factory-assembled panels can be installed
in any type of weather making installation faster
and easier than most other types of wall and
roof systems
- Strong steel skins increase span capability
for savings in support steel; They establish
a vapor barrier when combined with factory-
and field-applied butyl sealant
- Lightweight panels permit lighter building
structures plus reduced framing support and
panel installation costs
- Lightly planked interior liner works compositely
with the face sheet to allow longer spans
- Concealed fasteners provide a clean, uninterrupted
appearance
- Outstanding weather resistance results from
double tongue-and-groove joinery and factory-applied
air and vapor sealing
- A thermal break is achieved because there
is no metal-to-metal contact between the face
and liner
- Factory-formed metal flashing is available
- Overlapping joint structure for multi-course
applications
- Batten cap is standard on roofs and optional
for walls

RESEARCH REPORTS
All CENTRIA products undergo stringent
testing to ensure their performance. Versapanel
panels are tested in compliance with UL, FM, and
ASTM procedures as well as various regional and
local building code requirements.

VERSAPANEL® Structural
Integrated Roof System
The CENTRIA Versapanel Structural
Integrated Roof System is a whole new way
of building roofs that combines the beauty
of a metal roof, weatherproofing, insulation,
and structural deck in a single, factory-built
panel system that assembles quickly and
easily on the job site. The Versapanel Structural
Integrated Roof Panel System is designed
to outperform conventional built-up roof
systems.
Versapanel Structural Integrated
Roof System panels feature:
- An exterior of G90 galvanized steel,
primed and coated with a durable PVDF
or other finish in a wide choice of colors
- A poured-in-place core of urethane modified
isocyanurate foam for insulation values
up to R32
- An interior panel of G90 galvanized
steel that not only eliminates the need
for a structural deck, but is primed and
coated for use as an exposed ceiling,
if desired (Please note that Versapanel
will not provide diaphragm strength for
building stability)
- Strong, lightweight, one-piece construction
that makes panels easy and quick to install
and minimizes framing requirements
- 36" panel width with lengths to
40'-0" -- Longer length panels available
with special considerations

Superior Weathertightness
Versapanel's unique double tongue-and-groove
joinery, trapezoidal side seams, concealed
clip system, and snap-on caps provide unsurpassed
protection against moisture infiltration
and leaks.
Superior Thermal Performance
With its integral core of urethane
modified isocyanurate foam and an exclusive
design that provides a complete thermal
break between face and liner, the Versapanel
Structural Roof System delivers better installed
insulation values than comparably rated
conventional roofing products.
Faster Installation
Versapanel's single-step installation
method means that this non-mechanically
seamed roof can be completed in one simple
step by a single work crew. So your project
gets "in-the-dry" faster -- a
real advantage for today's fast-track building
schedules and for when inclement weather
threatens to hamper work in progress
Versapanel is available in three
panel depths for varying insulation requirements.
Minimum slope without Endlap is 1/2:12 and
Minimum slope with Endlap is 1:12:
- 1-3/4"depth - R14.85
- 2-1/2"depth - R21.95
